travel Policy
I arrive at least one day before your wedding or engagement session to scout the area and get familiar with the surroundings, ensuring that we capture the best photos possible.
Hotel: For seamless coordination, I stay at the same hotel as you, with one room per photographer for two nights (domestic) or three nights (international).
Flights: I prioritize nonstop, roundtrip flights with Delta (preferred), American, or Southwest to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
Ground Transportation & Per Diem: Includes $75 per day for car rental and meals, with taxi coverage provided for international travel.
This approach allows me to ensure every detail of your wedding photography experience is flawlessly executed from start to finish.

HOW TO JOIN THE FAMILY
To book your wedding experience, a non-refundable $1,000 retainer and signed contract are required.
Once you're ready, you’ll receive an electronic proposal where you can enter your details, select your package, sign the contract, and pay the retainer—all in one place.
After booking, you’ll officially be part of the ANP Wedding Family!
I’ll send you essential links and information, as well as a link to schedule your engagement session. The remaining balance is divided into monthly payments, with full payment due 30 days before your wedding.

My sought after albums are the perfect way to remember your wedding day.
All of my wedding albums are custom-designed to reflect your unique love story. While most of my wedding collections already include a luxury album, you always have the option to upgrade or purchase additional albums to enhance your collection. For those opting to upgrade, you'll receive a $500 credit toward your album, ensuring it’s the perfect keepsake of your special day. Every detail is carefully crafted to ensure your album is timeless and tailored to your vision.

What is required to book you as our photographer?
In order to book your wedding, a $1,000 retainer fee along with a signed contract are required. The remaining collection balance is divided into monthly payments to be completed 30 days before your wedding day.

Do you provide raw images?
Raw image files are not provided. I'd never want to provide my clients with unfinished work.

When will we receive the images after the wedding?
You will receive a sneak peek of 5-10 images within 5 days of your wedding. The full image gallery will be delivered to your inbox no more than 8 weeks after your wedding day.

Do we have to order prints through you?
I highly recommend ordering prints through my professional printer however it is not required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to using a professional lab so although not required, I encourage my clients to let me help with prints.

Do you provide video as well?
I do not. I specialize in photography to make sure I can provide you with the best images as possible. I would however love to refer you to several videographers that would tell your story beautifully.

What does the complimentary engagement session include?
The engagement session included in all collections includes two outfits, one location, a private online gallery & a print release. You'll also have access to lots of planning and preparation help!

Is there a way to see images that aren't included in our gallery?
I use my professional judgment to meticulously cull, edit and deliver only those images deemed professional in quality and within my artistic standards. Images determined to be substandard (eyes closed and other bloopers) are edited out and discarded.

Do you carry insurance?
I sure do! As a thirteen year insurance industry vet, I understated the importance of carrying insurance to protect my business and you. I have higher than acceptable limits & coverages and am happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

What if something happens to your equipment on wedding day or after?
I have several systems in place to ensure I am able to document your day & provide your images without interruption. I always bring spare equipment to each wedding, shoot on cameras that have 2 slots for SD cards (in case a cards fails), carry spare batteries for all equipment and have a 3 part image backup system to make sure no images are lost.

Have you shot a wedding at my venue before?
I've captured love stories at tons of venues, so there is a pretty good chance that I have. In the event I haven't, I will get to the venue early on your wedding day for a walk-through to scout out the prime locations for your day. I also do a good bit of research on your venue prior to your wedding!

Do you touch up all the images we receive?
Yes I do! Images are color corrected, adjusted for correct exposure & standard skin retouching is applied in all collections. Standard skin retouching is characterized as the correction of slight blemishes, small facial scars & teeth whitening. Extensive retouching is available per image for an additional fee. This includes removal of heavy blemishes/acne, body contouring etc.
